Lets talk about the elephant in the room... I'm now 38.. this means I'm considered a geriatric pregnancy.

What does this mean? Not a lot. There are some higher risks and percentages of miscarriage, diabetes, premature birth, etc. Probably the highest percentage is having a child some sort of genetic disorder. But we had that with Kaitlin when I was much younger, so I see little to no point at worrying about it. But don't get me wrong, I may point out that i'm not "geriatric" and need things like foot massages, food prepared and brought to me, etc..you know things you might do for your grandma :)
Note baby also most resembles a tadpole right now complete with tail :)
BIGGEST complaint so far is: SORE BOOBS!
